EBook Review- the Bear of Stoneshoreland (Gadifriald's Saga) by T.J. Lazier

Mary Kirkland
T.J. Lazier has written a wonderfully erotic, historical romance story. What makes it even better is that it's easy to get right now as it's in eBook format and ready for readers to buy and read right now. No need to rush out to the book store and search through the shelves for a book when you can go to Renaissance Ebooks and easily find it.

This is the second story in Gadifriald's saga, but if you haven't yet read the first book "Sorceress of the Misted Isle" you will still love reading this adventure which is packed with fantasy characters, erotically steamy sex scenes and a hero that will make many a woman's mouth water.

Cari, who was rescued by Gadi from slavery in the previous ebook and is now a guest in his grandfather's home learns a few things about herself while Gadi is away. We all know most men secretly think that all women are closet lesbians deep down and I don't happen to believe this but the erotic scene in which Cari is seduced by another woman was truly one of the hottest scenes I've read and almost...almost made me a believer.

While Cari is learning about her new sexual appetites and for the most part liking what she learns, Gadi is sailing on a ship trying to get home. A distress signal stops his voyage home and he ends up visiting a village, only to find out something called, The Great Bear of Stoneshoreland has been attacking the village.

Being the hero he is, Gadi cannot leave without taking care of this problem for them, as an added bonus he gets to bed the Chiefs daughter and even brings her back home with him as his concubine.

After finding the Bear Creature and thinking he has killed it, swiftly getting rid of the villager's problem. He soon sets sail back home but things are not as he would of hoped as he finds out Cari is now his grandfather's mistress, not that she really minds. The women seem to switch partners faster than you can change the channel with a remote.

Just when you think all is well and the story will have a fairy tale ending, BAM!...the grandfather is possessed by the same Bear of Stoneshoreland that Gadi thought he killed. Being the great hero that he is, Gadi saves Cari while his grandfather brutally rapes her and saves his grandfather in the process as well.

The Bear of Stoneshoreland is a well written tale with plenty of great characters, and more erotic action than should be legally allowed in one book. But like in life it's not the seperate ingredients that you look forward too, its the finished product. In a lesser writer's hands this story could have turned out to be a tasteless dish, but this author's hands produced a gourmet meal. Which is why I highly recommend it. So what are you waiting for?
