Is EdHelper even still active? I subscribed in December (had an old subscription a few years ago that expired) and they never updated my subscription information. EVERY time I attempt to log-in, I receive a notice that my old address has expired. I have emailed them twice asking they change and update my information, to no avail. The only response I've received is an automated one that instructs me to use my email and password. I WOULD if I COULD. It is an extremely user unfriendly site as far as support goes. Its awesome for worksheets, etc, but I am so frustrated, I'm ready to contact my credit card company and cancel my payment.
