They are packed full of vitamins and tend to remain cool for a period of time. Simply add 2 tomatoes to 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a blender and mix it into a paste. Spread the mixture over the area affected by sunburn and leave it on for at least 15 minutes before having a cool shower to wash it off. The mixture can be refrigerated for 10 minutes before you apply it if your sunburn is particularly hot.

Cucumber

Vinegar, Olive Oil And Aloe Vera

Vinegar, olive oil and Aloe Vera are fantastic home remedies for sunburn on their own, but when mixed together they can really help to ease your sunburn in no time at all. The vinegar may sting if applied on its own, but it interacts well with the olive oil and Aloe Vera to give you a soothing cream to apply to hot and sore skin. Mix 3 drops of vinegar with a tablespoon of olive oil and a blob of Aloe Vera the size of a quarter. Rub the mixture sparingly over sunburnt skin and then have a cool shower 30 minutes to an hour later. You will notice that your skin is not as taught or hot because the mixture will restore the moisture levels of the skin. This is the best of the cheap home remedies for sunburn so it may be an idea to mix up a batch and refrigerate the remaining mixture for future use if you are expecting the weather to be fine for a few days!
