A burglary takes place in a house in a prominent locality. Many VIPs live in the area. The residents express their anguish and the aggrieved person cries over the loss. A police team reaches the scene of crime. After hearing the victim of burglary patiently for twenty minutes, the chief of the police team consoles him:

"We will definitely take action. It is our duty to help you. The culprit will be booked and no stone will be left unturned to do justice to you. But you have to cooperate. You have to catch the thief. The we will swing into action and arrest him. We swear by this statement".

The aggrieved person said: "Sir, now I have lost only my valuable assets. If I cooperate with you as you desire, I will lose further money and time apart from undergoing further agony. I will be contented to drop the complaint. I never knew our police were so efficient as to ask the victim to catch the thief and hand him over to them. Leave me at peace. Thank you."
