The first step when making egg rolls is buying all of the ingredients at the supermarket. You will need to go to an oriental grocery store in order to buy some of the ingredients. You need to buy the egg rolls wrappers, cabbage, salad, carrots, pork, shrimp, dried black mushrooms and small egg rolls noodle. All of these ingredients are very cheap to purchase. It would not cost you more than $30 for about 100 egg rolls.

After your purchase is done you will need to prepare the ingredients by washing them and chop them in your blender. This is the funniest part to grind all of your ingredients they come out fine and ready to roll. It is best to grind all of your vegetables and meat into the soft state if you want it to be cook well. If you leave the pieces too large it might not fry well. There is no one way to chop your ingredients you can do it any way you deem best.

After you chopped your ingredients you can start to roll them. You first would blend all of the ingredients into one bowl with a little bit of salt for taste. Your wrappers should be left to defreeze in natural room temperature outside because they will be ruin if you try to microwave them. You can make very small egg rolls or regular size. You would use a spoon and put a spoonful of it onto the wrapper and start rolling it. You can seal the end with egg whites. Now you are done with your first egg roll and you can continue to do the same until you reach your numbers.

You can put it in the freezer and reserve it for later or you can fry it. When frying you need half full pot of oil at high heat because frying at low heat will cause your egg rolls to absorb too much oil.

You can serve with lettuce and fish sauce or without fish sauce because you added salt into the ingredients.
