Ingredients

Serves 1
3 Egg whites
2 tsp Olive oil
3 ounces Braesola
1/2 cup Nonfat salsa

Directions for Egg Whites with Braesola for Breakfast

1
Cut braesola into bite sized pieces
Braesola is so low-fat that it can be sticky, so separate the slices as well.
2
Heat olive oil in nonstick pan
Heat about 1 minute
3
Cook braesola
Cook the braesola in the olive oil for 2 minutes or so, over medium to high heat, move it around with a spatula. It's perfectly edible from the package, this just makes it taste better.
4
Add egg whites
Pour the egg whites into the pan. Cook over high heat. With the spatula, lift the sides of the mixture to let the liquid go into the pan. Cook until no liquid is left, about 5 minutes
5
Serve with salsa
When done, put on a plate and pour the salsa over the mixture.
Tip
Braesola is air cured beef. 3 ounces has 30 grams of protein and 3 grams of fat. You can use any salsa that you like.
