Eggo's have been in our freezers for quite some time but this was something I had never noticed and decided to try them. I particularly love anything with strawberries inside so I decided to give this one a taste test with my family.
Once we got around to having breakfast and decided to try these my husband was acting reluctant. But he was a good sport and tried them with me. We noticed that you can either pop these in your toaster oven or for quicker results you can throw them in your microwave for about 25 seconds to warm them up.
These Bake Shop Swirlz are fantastic! They taste similar to a pastry that has warm strawberry filling as well as white icing. They are easy to prepare and great for those quick fixes when your on the go and need something quick to eat.
These Eggo Swirlz come six in a box and that is a 13.3 ounce size. They come in the traditional yellow colored box only with these you'll see the strawberry on front. They sale for under 2.00 dollars and well worth every penny.
One pastry gives you 150 calories and 3 grams of total fat. There is 10 milligrams of cholesterol inside these as well as no trans fats. There is also 3 grams of protein as well as 12 grams of sugar. The sodium is 270 milligrams, for those of you watching your salt intake.
