  5. Reading Inspiring Literature - the beauty of language, the thoughts, the wisdom and enlightenment we gain while reading great books widens our understanding of life

  6. Music that soothes the soul - listening to music, singing songs with friends is another great source of healing because you will feel uplifted and inspired

  7. Delightful Aromas - different scents uplifts our spirits

  8. Spiritual Healing - getting is touch with our deep spiritual energies, has a powerful effect on our health. Giving, being useful, caring about others, finding our purpose, are the ingredients to a spiritually healthy life.
