El Reparro - The Best Mexican Restaurant in Greensburg, Indiana

In small towns, small restuarants come and go. It is a struggle for most businesses to build a strong customer base in a small town and most small restaurants close their doors within six months. However, restaurants that can set themselves apart from the competition will continue to thrive in a small community. Its customers will remain loyal and the business will grow. El Reparro is one of those success stories and it began operating in the small town that I reside in...Greensburg, Indiana in 2003. For the last four years, it has gained the reputation of being the best Mexican restaurant in town.

El Reparro is known in this small town as being the best Mexican Restaurant and its reputation didn't gain instant success. Its success can be attributed to excellent food and service that cannot be surpassed. Other Mexican restaurants have come and gone with some of the competitors operating for only a few months. What makes a restaurant successfull is a matter of opinion. El Reparro has full parking lots daily, happy customers who return religiously to purchase their favorite dish on the menu, and folks who come from out of town just to expereince what they have heard by word of mouth.

El Reparro beats the competition because it offers a wide selection of freshly made authentic Mexican dishes at reasonable prices and the portions are always more than you can eat. Often you will leave the restaurant with a carry out bag and money left in your wallet. Every customer receives a complimentary basket of freshly fried tortilla chips and fresh salsa. This little act of customer service has been one of the many keys to their successful restaurant business. Not only is the food great, the customer service is fantastic! It is so refreshing to walk into a restaurant where a friendly face greets you, takes you to your seat, and the courtesy continues throughout the entire dining experience. The waiters are friendly and refill your glass often, they always offer extra chips and salsa, and are extrememly accomodating with special requests. Even when it is time to pay the bill, the front desk clerk always has a smile on their face and actually takes the time to ask how your meal and service was. It really doesn't get much better than this. I have seen less service and much higher prices at restaurants that weren't half as good as El Reparro and to be quite honest, If the service sucks...I won't be going back.

The El Reparro special Burrito- over stuffed with the meat of your choice, beans, a blend of mexican spices, cheese, rice, and onion.

Chicken Nachos-A large plate of freshly Baked Tortilla chips covered with shredded chicken, black olives, onion, cheese, tomato and green pepper.

Grilled Chicken Quesedilla- A flour tortilla stuffed with Grilled chicken strips and melted cheese and special sauce.

El Reparro also has great drink specials nightly and lunch specials daily, offering signature dishes at a reduced price.
