Easy Electric Skillet Chili
1 lb ground sirloin
1 small onion
1 15-16 oz can of kidney beans
1 15-16 oz can of chili beans
1 29 oz can of tomato sauce
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 cups of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown your ground sirloin and onion on simmer or low in the electric skillet, until the meat is all brown with no pink. Drain meat and put back into electric skillet. Add kidney beans,chili beans, sugar, water and tomato sauce to the hamburg mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
