The Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity actually looks like a science project, with all the circuits and batteries in it. But it is really the best way to learn about how electricity works, how switches control the electricity and lights in their homes, how series and parallel circuits affect electricity, and how electricity and magnetism are used together. Once your kids know the basics about electricity, they will be more inspired to do more science projects, create more inventions and their world and minds will just expand. The Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity includes over seventy-five projects related to electricity at home and magnetism. It has more than forty pars like a meter, electromagnet, motor, lamps, switches, fan, compass, electrodes and the like.
The entire Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity set measures fourteen point five by thirteen point five by twenty-four point five inches, and it weighs two pounds. The Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity is recommended for children aged eight to twelve years old. But I believe that older kids will enjoy the Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity as well. Even my fourteen year old son, who is more interested in girls now has started tinkering with his little brother's Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity set as well. Since I am a woman, I was struggling with the Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity at first. Despite the fact that there was a guide and instructions, I was having a hard time with the Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity because I was new to it as well. I was relieved when my husband took over the project for awhile because men understand more about electricity inherently.
I also got the Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity for a nephew and he really enjoyed playing with it. My nephew is ten years old, and he really enjoyed learning about light switches, lamps, etc. The Elenco Electronics, Inc. Snaptricity is really one of the best educational toys out there.
