I honestly just decided to try this product out on a whim. I rarely use translucent powder but it was so affordable and I've read so many good reviews on it my curiosity just got the better of me. I've used E.L.F's mineral booster many times since I've gotten it over six months ago and I definitely love that it's a cruelty-free product, and it only costs me $5. This product does come in a larger size and sells for $8 but since I don't wear makeup often I went with the smaller size. I liked that E.L.F's mineral booster contains vitamins A, B and E which was designed to absorb oil and minimizes fine lines, wrinkles and pores. I definitely noticed how well it minimized my dark circles and it really did absorb the oil on my face without leaving it feeling dry.
E.L.F's mineral booster can be worn alone, which is what I normally do, or be worn over concealer and foundation. I find that it goes on very light and I don't feel it at all. I really liked that it's packaged like Bare Minerals products make it easy to store, pack and mess free when I have to travel with it. It stays on all day and washes off easily with a facial cleanser.
Now for the cons to this E.L.F. product. Like many of E.L.F's products, especially those from their mineral and Studio line, it's a hard product to find in stores which means I have to order off of their website and eat the $7 shipping costs. I was disappointed that with all the goodies that E.L.F's mineral booster came with that it didn't also have an SPF. Sun protection is important to me so I prefer cosmetic products that has an SPF.
Overall though I thought that E.L.F's mineral booster was good translucent powder product. As much as I liked the product I probably won't purchase it again simply because it doesn't have an SPF, but I would still recommend it to anyone else looking for a good mineral translucent powder that's affordable.

Hi Rita,
Thanks for reading. No, I have sort of a combination or normal skin. My skin does get dry during winter though.
Thanks for the review.
May I ask is your skin dry?
I am afraid this mineral booster doesnt suit me as my skin is quite dry(not much oil on my face).
