E.L.F. Mineral Glow Review

Be a Goddess All Year Round

Winter's just around the corner but that doesn't mean you have to leave your summer glow behind, that's what bronzers are for. I'm a huge fan of bronzers whether it's summer or winter, but it really comes in handy during winter when my skin is at its palest. I also happen to have sensitive skin so I prefer mineral makeup but mineral makeup isn't cheap. When I found out that E.L.F. cosmetic had a mineral line I placed my order immediately. One of their mineral products that I tried was their Mineral Glow, which is E.L.F's version of a mineral bronzer.

When I first got my E.L.F's Mineral Glow I instantly loved the packaging. It comes in a container that looked like Bare Minerals products. The container is great for traveling because it's easy to pack and I don't have to worry about anything accidentally opening or spilling. It's also easy to open and close. E.L.F's Mineral Glow comes in a .35 oz. container that sells for just $8; super affordable. I also liked knowing that this product wasn't tested on animals because E.L.F. is a cruelty-free cosmetic line. This product is currently available in two shades, Bronzed and Shimmer. Bronzed is great if you're wanting a sun kissed, or tan glow. Shimmer is best for highlighting and adding a pinch of color to your face during winter.

I really liked that E.L.F's Mineral Glow's ingredients are 100 percent mineral based. As I mentioned earlier this product is designed to be much like Bare Minerals so using this product is pretty much the same which makes it easy to apply. I found this product to be light weight and it didn't irritate my skin. It was also easy to wash off with some soap or facial cleanser. A little bit goes a long way so I'd be careful about brushing too much on. I found that this product lasts a pretty long time too. I didn't have to touch up until after about five or six hours.

The only con that I could come up with for E.L.F's Mineral Glow is that it doesn't come with a brush and it's small, but then again it's only $8. Aside from that there really isn't anything bad to this product. I love it and will continue to use it and purchase more when I need to. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a mineral bronzer. You really can't go wrong with this product, it's natural and affordable.
