E.L.F. Studio Line 2 in 1 Conditioning Gloss Review

Moisturizing Lip Gloss

E.L.F. cosmetics recently came out with several new products under their Studio line, which is what some would consider their "high end" line. E.L.F's Studio line products may look nicer, and in many cases are of better quality but it's still very affordable, not one dollar affordable but not much higher than that. One of E.L.F's Studio line's new product is their 2 in 1 conditioning lip glosses. I buy a lot of cosmetic products but I don't wear makeup often, however, lip glosses are a weakness of mine. I can never get enough lip glosses, so when I found out that E.L.F. had some new ones I had to try them out.

What I like about E.L.F's Studio 2 in 1 Conditioning lip gloss is that it's a 2 in 1 product. The shimmering lip color is in the center while the clear conditioning gloss is on the outer section of the tube, so when you squeeze the tube out it dispenses both products at the same time. I found this lip gloss to be very moisturizing and fairly long lasting for a lip gloss. I didn't have to reapply as often as I normally do with other lip glosses. This lip gloss also has very good pigmentation and is for the most part true to color. It can be worn alone or over lipstick like any lip gloss too. E.L.F's Studio 2 in 1 condition lip gloss comes in eight shades and only costs $3. I really liked that this product contains vitamins A and E, as well as aloe and shea butter to keep my lips hydrated longer.

As much as I liked this lip gloss it's not perfect and there are some minor flaws to it, at least in my opinion. The first thing I didn't like about this lip gloss is that I find it to be very sticky. Some people like that but I generally don't. It also comes in a squeeze tube instead of one of those applicator lip glosses. I don't usually like lip glosses in a squeeze tube because it comes off a tad juvenile and can get messy. I will hand it to E.L.F. though, despite the fact that it's a squeeze tube they manage to package it in a way that made it look a tad more chic than regular squeeze tube lip glosses.

Even with some of it's faults I really liked E.L.F's Studio conditioning lip gloss and would most likely purchase it again. I absolutely love the color and so for that I can over look the squeeze tube.
