E.L.F. Studio Line Under Eye Concealer and Highlighter Review

I'm always looking for multifunctional cosmetics. I'm a low maintenance kind of girl who doesn't like to spend too much time on makeup on days I actually get the energy to put any on, so anything that's easy and will reduce my time and money is something I'm always willing to try. I also travel a lot so anything that's compact and will not take up room is even better. E.L.F. cosmetics is a favorite brand of mine, one of the many things I like about this brand is that their products are usually very travel friendly. One product of theirs that I've tried was their Under Eye concealer and Highlighter under their Studio line.

What I liked about E.L.F's Studio under eye concealer and highlighter dual was that it's easy to apply. Both ends go on using a lipgloss-like applicator. This product goes on smoothly and evenly, and is easy to remove with eye makeup remover, there's no excessive rubbing necessary. I found that the under eye concealer part did a good job of staying on for most of the day and didn't weight down my sensitive skin. The concealer end did a good job of covering up my dark circles and bags too. I also liked that it contained vitamins A and E, chamomile, caffeine and green tea that serves to moisturize and tighten the skin around my eyes. The concealer blended easily as well, and hasn't caused any irritation or breakouts.

As for the highlighter side, I used it around my eyes for days when my skin needs a little pick-me up. It brightens my eye area and makes my skin look healthier and awake. It can also be used as an eyeshadow base. E.L.F's Studio under eye concealer and highlighter only costs me $3.

The downside to this product is that I have noticed some creasing and fading with the highlighter after a few hours. The other thing that I thought could use some improvement is that there are no darker shades for those with dark skin tones, it only comes in three shades.

Overall, I thought that E.L.F's Studio under eye concealer and highlighter is a pretty good product, not the greatest though. It only costs $3 and it comes with two products but I still don't think it's worth the money. It's just an okay product so I won't be purchasing it again and won't be recommending it to anyone.
