I had mixed feelings about this product after trying it out for a few weeks, but I'll start off with the pros to E.L.F's Therapeutic Conditioning lip balm first. What I like about this product was mostly the price. It costs me only a dollar. The price is fairly standard for drug store lip balms but I really wanted to try this one out to see how well it would work. I really liked that this product wasn't tested on animals because it's an E.L.F. product. It's not pigmented but does come in four different scents. I found the taste to be quite pleasant too. It didn't have an oily, Vaseline flavor to it. I thought that this lip balm lasted fairly long as well, much longer than some of the lips balms I typically use. It's also moisturizing and comes in a cute slender tube that I could stick in my pocket. I liked the compact packaging because I'm not a high maintenance girl and if I could carry everything in my pocket I would.
There were some down sides to E.L.F's Therapeutic Conditioning lip balm too. I really wanted to love this product but I only liked it. This product is a pain to find in stores and the costs of shipping to order this lip balm off of eyeslipsface.com makes it not worth it considering the shipping costs was $7. The lip balm itself is colored but it's not actually pigmented which was disappointing. It went on kind of sticky and clumpy, something I really didn't like. At times it felt like I was applying a glue stick to my lips. I was very surprised that this lip balm didn't even have an SPF, that was the most disappointing part of all.
Overall it's a decent lip balm for moisturizing but I wouldn't waste my money on it. It's nothing special. It works just as good as any drug store lip balm minus the SPF and actual ended up costing me more money considering the shipping costs.
