Elin Nordegren Woods, a Prenuptial Agreement and Leaving Tiger Woods' Home; What's Next?

Will Elin Nordegren Still Get $80 Million If She Leaves Tiger Now?

Reports surfaced that Elin Nordegrin Woods successfully re-negotiated the terms of her prenuptial agreement. Allegations include that she would receive a financial package worth $75 million after 7 years of marriage plus a one-time $5 million payment to stay with Tiger Woods. This is an increase of $60 million over her original $20 million payment after 10 years of marriage. After the Elin Woods prenuptial agreement was re-negotiated, many people were shocked that she suddenly moved out.

I can't say that I am shocked. Elin Nordegren Woods moved out the same day that reports surfaced that Tiger Woods allegedly had an affair with a porn star and allegedly didn't use protection on two of his mistresses - including the Orlando area waitress that used to serve Elin Woods her breakfast at Perkins.

Even more strange reports have been surfacing, including reports that indicate that Woods was hospitalized for an overdose the day of his car accident. What is going on with this, and what do the current change in events mean for Elin Nordegren Woods? What does this mean for her pre-nuptial agreement?

Will Elin still get her agreed upon pre-nuptial amount, even though the two haven't been married for 10 - or even 7 - years yet? Is Mrs. Woods just so fed up with everything that is going on that she doesn't even care if she gets one cent from the marriage? There's no telling what Tiger lied to her about. Maybe when they spoke of his transgressions he SWORE he used protection. Maybe he "forgot" to tell her about the porn star.

Then again, maybe Elin Nordegren Woods is removing herself from the house in order to cool off. Maybe she's afraid she will say something she doesn't mean. Maybe she just wants to get her children out of the spot light for a while. Perhaps Elin knows this is the only thing she can do to get her husband to realize that there is a problem and that he needs help.

Elin Nordegren's mother - Barbro Holmberg - arrived from Sweden to spend time with her daughter. She has been potentially identified as the woman that was taken from Tiger Woods' home - or a nearby home - in an ambulance.

Nevertheless, there's no certain reports that indicate what will happen next in the Tiger Woods case. Whether or not there's a divorce looming has not yet been announced. Elin Woods' $80 million financial incentive to stay may not be worth it for this mother of two. We obviously don't know the whole story and probably never will.
