The Elmore Leonard Literary Arts and Film Festival will take place at the Community House in Birmingham November 11 to 13. The event begins at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 11, for no charge, 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with tickets set at $200 and $250. The festival will honor Elmore Leonard, a legend in the city of Birmingham for his contribution to the arts in Michigan.

The first day of the festival will include an award ceremony for contest winners and a panel discussion. The second day, Friday will include another panel discussion and a screening of "Fire in the Hole," which is the pilot episode of a series seen on FX called "Justified." The final day of the festival, Saturday, will include a dinner, live music, a documentary, and other entertainment.
