Most of us are not perfect. Most of us may have an embarrassing beauty problem or two. This makes us human. However, just because we are human, doesn't mean we don't want to find a solution to fixing some of these problems, even if they are only temporary solutions.
Here are a few examples of some embarrassing beauty problems and a few possible solutions to them:
Unibrow:
A unibrow occurs when hair begins to form in between your two brows and slowly one brow seems to have grown. This can occur because of a genetic condition or a medical condition known as polycystic ovary syndrome. Waxing can work in the short term as a solution. Yet, laser treatment or electrolysis offers a more permanent solution.
Cellulite
Cellulite can form a cottage cheese or dimpled like appearance in a number of places in a woman's body. This can include her: stomach, buttocks, and thighs. This can be caused by weight gain or heredity. Exercise can help reduce this as can some cellulite creams, especially the ones that contain caffeine.
Blushing
Blushing doesn't always occur when you are embarrassed, although this can be one caused. Blushing can occur because of a skin condition known as rosacea. Medications and creams may be able to help reduce this redness that occurs in patches on the checks and forehead.
Prematurely Going Grey
Yes, there are many people who will begin going grey way before they reach the age of forty years old. These are people who are considered prematurely grey. This can be caused by genetics, a thyroid condition or a pigment disorder. Luckily, coloring one's hair is an easy procedure.
Stretch Marks
Stretch marks can be caused by pregnancy, weight gain, and weight loss or scarring. They can occur on one's belly, hips, thighs, legs, or lower back. Chemical peels or laser surgery are your best options in removing them.
Yes, there are many embarrassing beauty problems we may have. The thing we don't realize is that the same problem we have is a problem that many people may also be experiencing. This means are problem really isn't that rare or should be that embarrassing to us. Yet, we are humans; we can't help but feel insecure about how we look.

Post a CommentLinda, great article! I guess it's a good thing we are all human! I guess we are all in this together!
Oh gosh, if gray hair's embarrassing, I must be mortified, LOL!! Just kidding, I'm not really "prematurely gray" anymore. As for a solution, hmm, I wonder if I shave my head if it will all grow in dark brown again... Thanks for another great article, Linda.
Good ideas. Being human comes with its share of issues, and I do not color my hair, I stain it by using natural resources supplied by nature.
I cannot color my gray away since my surgery. cheers :)
