Some women also experience memory loss and they often associate this with old age rather than menopause.

A woman who is undergoing menopause should have the support and love of the people around her. It is very important that she consult her doctor regularly and when she undergoes menopause, the signs and symptoms should also be explained to the people around her so that they will understand what she is going through. Pre-menopause symptoms could be a great help because it serves as a warning sign and prepare for the coming menopausal phase.
