Emily Sander Missing Since November 23, Suspect in the Case Maybe Fleeing to Mexico with Pregnant Girlfriend
Emily Sander has been missing since Friday, November 23, when she was last seen leaving the Retreat Bar with Israel Mireles. Sander's car was found still parked in the parking lot of the bar she was last seen leaving with Mireles, while Mireles' rental car, a Ford Taurus, was found about 350 miles away from El Dorado, in Vernon Texas. All this according to ABC News.
On November 29, a body matching the description of Sander was found 50 miles east of El Dorado, according to a report in USA Today. Mireles, a suspect in the Sander case, is no where to be found as he is believed to be on his way to Mexico with his pregnant 16 year old girlfriend, Victoria Martens, in an effort to evade El Dorado police.
On Saturday Sander's mother filed a missing person report on her daughter, Emily Sander. This is also the day that the manager at the El Dorado Motel, less than a mile from the Retreat Bar, contacted El Dorado police suspected that there may have been an altercation in Mireles' room. Mireles does have a "minor" criminal record according to ABC News. Martens, Mireles' girlfriend, is not believed to have been in the room when the altercation, believed to be between Sander and Mireles, took place.
Emily Sander was a college student at Butler Community College. She is also known as Zoey Zane from her adult website, ZoeyZane.com, which now features pictures of both Mireles and his pregnant girlfriend, Victoria Martens. Her website is offering a $3,000 reward for help in bringing Mireles into the El Dorado Police Department for questioning. There is also information on the homepage of the website on how to make donations to the reward fund. Emily Sander's work as a nude internet model is not believed to have anything to do with her disappearance.
