Eminem to Buy Detroit Club

Hip hop mega-star Eminem, is reportedly making plans to purchase a club on the notorious 8-Mile strip where he was raised. The name of the club is St. Andrews Hall, which played a major role as the setting of the movie 8-Mile. If the deal does happen, then Paul Rosenberg, Eminems manager who is frequently featured on his records in skits, will supervise the overall operation of the club. Eminem will reportedly manage the club along with the staff already employed there.

It has to an exciting thought to fans and residents of Detroit that Eminem may be purchasing a club on the 8-Mile strip, and the club will most likely attract people from all over the country. St. Andrews Hall has been a hot spot since it was opened in 1980 and has won several awards for being an outstanding club. It has hosted a number of famous artist before such as Green Day and Nirvana.

One can speculate that Eminem owning his own club in Detroit would be this place to be. A place where he can preform along with other artist on the Shady/Aftermath roster and their associates. As well as famous musicians from all over the country. It is almost impossible to think what a man of Eminem's prestige and wealth will do with this huge club in down town Detroit. It is most likely that rock bands will continue to play there.

Representatives of Eminem have not made any comment yet so don't get too excited. Hopefully more news of this matter will be available to the general public in the coming days.

Eminem's new album maybe released in November or December, some sites are reporting a November release date while others are reporting a later release date but by the end of 2007 we will probably see a new one and possibly the last album from Slim Shady before the end of the year.

In other news from the Shady front, Eminem also has dropped some verses on T.I's new album T.I vs T.I.P . It is highly recommended that you buy this album as it seems to be another classic on the way and having a rapper of Eminem's stature will only make the album a better one. The album appears to be a theme album based on T.I's alter ago T.I.P and of course Eminem will bring Slim Shady along with him to make it a multi personality roller coaster of a record.
