Looks like Eminem will be back in court soon. The rapper, also known by his real name Marshall Mathers, has been summoned to court. He is asked to appear on the stand to testify in an Irish courtroom in regards to the cancellation of his 2005 Slane Castle show.

The request was issued by Ireland's High Court and is requesting that Eminem provide evidence for the court. The legal battle involves the show's promoters, MCD, and their insurance companies. According to reports, the insurance companies will not pay for the missed concert even though the promoters did their job.

As claimed in the court documents, the promoters state that the last minute cancellation created major problems for them. They sold all 80,000 tickets within one hour of going on sale.

The judge in the case has requested that Eminem testify in a private conference regarding his health condition at the time the concert in Ireland was canceled.
