Emmy Awards 2009 Fashion: Best and Worst Dressed on the Red Carpet
Heidi Klum was one of the best dressed Emmy Awards participants this year. According to Chic Gloss, Heidi showed the world that not all pregnant women are bloated blobs. Her Emmy Awards 2009 fashion appearance featured a form fitting black strapless Marchesa gown with a mermaid hemline.
Examiner's Fashion Examiner featured a photo of Kourtney Kardashian. Kardashian is also expecting, and had a great Emmy Awards 2009 fashion look. Kardashian's look was a little less dramatic than that of Heidi Klum. Soft pleats and flowing fabric accentuated her lovely baby bump.
Kourtney wasn't the only Kardashian sister with a hot Emmy Awards 2009 look. Kim Kardashian graced the red carpet wearing a sophisticated ivory dress.
The only thing that I would have done differently with this look is I would have worn my hair down. However, Kim's Emmy Awards 2009 look was still stunning, as always.
Several Emmy Awards 2009 fashion flops were also present at the 61st annual Emmy Awards program. The Huffington Post featured a photo of Victoria Rowell wearing a dress featuring photos of President Barack Obama. I always thought that even the popular Barack Obama t-shirts were a bit too much. I can't imagine what would inspire someone to wear a dress featuring photos of the President.
Don't get me wrong. I am all for being patriotic and respecting our leaders. President Obama is commendable for all he has accomplished. Despite the good intentions on the part of Ms. Rowell, this look is definitely an Emmy Awards 2009 fashion flop.
The Huffington Post also featured a photo of Christina Applegate. Christina Applegate is usually stunning and sophisticated. Her look at the 2009 Emmy Awards wasn't very flattering to her petite frame.
Phoebe Price was another worst dressed celebrity featured on the Huffington Post Web site. Phoebe was sporting what looked like a dress that should be worn to a Renaissance Festival and not on the Red Carpet. This Emmy Awards 2009 fashion flop leads one to question what many celebrities think when they choose their red carpet attire.
These are only a few of the best and worst dressed participants of the 2009 Emmy Awards program. Whether or not someone makes the best or worst dressed list is definitely a matter of personal style and taste.
