Enchanted...Happily Ever After

A Must See Movie.

A fairy tale that comes to life...a movie of a fairy tale Princess that only believes in a true love kiss and a happily ever after ending.

Enchanted is a movie about a cartoon Disney fairytale Princess who is sent to our modern world in New York City. She is vanquished from her world of Andalasia by an evil queen in hopes of never giving up her throne. Soon after her arrival into New York City, the Princess begins to change her views on life and love after meeting a handsome lawyer.

What a fascinating way to look at life and oh, how very true it is that we all seek that magical ending. Everyone is looking for that prince charming and when they do find him does it really mean forever and ever. According to this movie, there are such thing as magical endings with a happily ever after.

I recommend watching this movie especially after having a long winded day, it will make you smile and think of all the things that can be if you only wish hard enough. And you must watch this with a child by your side; it is the only way that you can really have a mystical view on life. You will see the smiles on their faces and that in turn will make you smile and it will make you realize how in a child's eye everything is magic.

But don't watch this when you are down on life because it will make you hate everyone that actually believes in happily ever after and the bitterness will become worse. And please if you feel this way do not have a child by your side, remember their innocence is what makes them children and the ability to believe is what makes us, the adults in wanting to believe.

Of course by now I have heard this movie 100 plus times with a DVD player in the car. I can only hear it because I am driving while the kids are watching but each time they put the movie on I find myself thinking only wonderful thoughts. So now I have convinced myself that this movie is better than a self-meditation book or CD.

I smile to myself and try to embrace the moment that I am in especially with my children nearby just thinking of the words that are in the movie to the song Ever Ever After sung by Carrie Underwood.

Ever Ever After lyrics on www.metrolyrics.com

Ever, Ever After
Storybook endings, fairy tales coming true
Deep down inside we want to believe they still do
And a secret is taught, it's our favorite part of the story
Let's just admit we all want to make it too

If we just don't get it our own way
It may only be a wish away

Starting your fashion, wear your heart on your sleeve
Sometimes you reach what's real just by making believe
Unafraid, unashamed
There is joy to be claimed in this world
You even might wind up being glad to be you

Though the world will tell you it's not smart
The world can be yours if you let your heart
Believe in ever after

No wonder your heart feels it's flying
Your head feels it's spinning
Each happy ending's a brand new beginning
Let yourself be enchanted, you just might break through

To ever ever after
Forever could even start today
Maybe it's just one wish away
Your ever ever after

I've been dreaming of a true love's kiss

Now isn't this a great story to believe in and especially to share with a child that still believes in magical, mystical endings. I sure wish as adults we would all still believe. So even for an hour we can all try!

To all have a Happily Ever After!

I thought that this movie looked adorable and I have heard nothing but good things about it. No way I'd ever convinced my husband to watch it along with me though!
