"End it All"

Carla

I'm about to end it all
I'm about to end it all
Slit my wrists
Watch the blood slowly fall
As it drains the life out of my body
I slowly lose breath
I scream out loud
As I welcome death
No more heartache
No more pain
See my body on the floor
For myself, I've slain
Now you're looking over me
As I lay there lifeless
People crying and regretting
Wishing they'd shown me their best
People never love you as much as they say
They hold it all in
'Til your dying day
Then it's stupid
To express any feeling
Don't worry about me
Cause my heart is healing
As sure as I stand
I must fall
I'm about to end it all!
I'm about to end it all!!

Powerful and disturbing poem! Good writing. If this moment is a part of your life, I hope it stays in your past.
