Engagement at the Beach

I have the most invigorating and exceptionally astounding information for both of you! Last week my boyfriend and I joyfully ambled across the local beach. There were few people about that day so we had most of the beach to ourselves. We stayed there for hours enjoying the shifting scenery; from the sunrise that blossomed into the heavens above to the sunset that gradually fell over the ocean.

When the day departed the moon carried itself high over the water and its light glistened against every object in sight. It was then that we stopped in an area filled with pink and purple conch shells. My boyfriend held me tightly under the tender caress of the star's radiance and whispered soft, meaningful words to me. His voice trembled when he told me that his wish was only to spend the rest of his life with me. He bowed before me and kissed my hand.

He told me that I was precious, that the very earth would shatter if I were not a part of its fallible crust. He continued by chivalrously complimenting every aspect of my face...he told me that I was the grandest, most spectacular vision in his life. Thereafter he placed his hand in his casing and pulled out a small parcel. He asked me, on one knee, if I could picture our future together strolling down a white laced aisle.

And I said yes! How I wish you could have seen it. It will probably be the most treasured memory I will ever have. And can you believe it? I'm getting married!
