Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Demonstrations and Seminars

Walt Disney World has released the schedule for the seminars and demonstrations that will take place at 2009 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. The schedule includes taste seminars, wine and beverage seminars and culinary demonstrations.

The details of the seminars are as follow:

Authentic Taste Seminars - Epcot Food & Wine Festival

These 30-minute seminars honours the origins, dynamics and the history of some of the world's purest ingredients. You are welcome to enjoy this demonstration at Epcot's Food and Wine Festival as an upbeat and educational presentation. This demonstration takes place from Friday - Sunday at 2:00pm and 5:30pm. The price is included with your admission into Epcot.

Authors without Borders - Epcot Food & Wine Festival

Come and listen to well known authors from Food and Wine Industries speaking about the popular topics in these educational and informative 30-minute presentations. This event takes place from Friday - Sunday 12:00pm and 3:45pm. The price is included with the admission to Epcot.

Wine & Beverage Seminars - Epcot Food & Wine Festival

This seminar at Epcot Food &Wine Festival allows guests to meet the featured winery principal, discover helpful tips and to taste the selected wines or beverages. This seminar is 45 minutes in length and takes place at 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:45pm and 5:30pm. The price is $8.00 per guest and admission to Epcot is required.

Daily Culinary Demonstrations - Epcot Food & Wine Festival

Meet with top chefs and wine presenters at this year's Food & Wine Festival, learning cooking tips and tasting the demonstrated dish and wine pairing. The seminar is 45 minutes in length and takes place daily at 1:00pm, 2:45pm and 4:30pm. The price is $8.00 per guest and admission to Epcot is required.

History of Beer in America - Epcot Food & Wine Festival

Come to this seminar and learn the history of beer in America and the process of brewing the beer. The brewers of Samuel Adams Beer®, Boston Beer Company will be hosting this seminar. This International Food & Wine seminar takes place daily at 11:50am, 12:35pm, 2:05pm, 3:35pm, 5:00pm and 6:05pm at the Epcot American Adventure Pavilion. This seminar is free, but the admission to Epcot is required.

Taste of Puglia - Hosted by Taste of Puglia at Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

Puglian chefs and wine experts bring a taste of southern Italy to the International Food & Wine Festival. This seminar teaches guests the history of Olive Oil and pasta from connoisseurs, they will watch as the professionals use traditional techniques in preparing gourmet Puglian foods and give guest the opportunity to purchase products from this area. This is a daily seminar in the Epcot Italy Pavilion and the seminar is free, but admission to Epcot is required.
