Maybe you have always wanted a dream job. Every since you were a little girl or boy you dreamed and wished hard that you would become what ever you always wanted to become. Once you became old enough you decided to go to pursue that career or dream. No matter what it was you decided to pursue it.
I'm sure that you knew that maybe your height would be a matter or your weight but you realized that you if you worked hard enough you could make it through what ever obstacles you had to go through whether it was writing a long essay and you can barely spell or doing a physical test pulling 150 pounds when you only weigh 100 pounds. But when it comes down to getting a job of employment do the employers take that in consideration or do they discriminate.
For example if a female goes in for an interview but there are two males a head of her but she has dedicated a few years in the profession volunteering where she wants to work is it really fare for that employing department to chose the two males over the female?
How do you know if you are being discriminated against?
Well you really do not know you can only presume. There are so many ways for employing departments to get around that. One way is if you haven't had a lot of life experience and you are a female they may hire a male who has at least had a real job and say that they hired him because of that which may be true but it may not.
If you get turned down by an employing agency and you think it is discrimination then don't give up try again some where else odds are you will get a job some where and that employing agency may even call you trying to get you to come to their job and you will have a better one.
If you are ever discriminated against because you're disabled or a female you should do what ever you can to fix it. Just realize no matter what people discriminate all of the time and it is a part of life
