Erin Howard and Other Abusive Momsters in the News
If We Can't Rely on Mom's to Do Right by Kids, Who Can We Rely on Exactly?
Klara, a 31 year old mother in London kept her two boys in cages or handcuffed to tables for months while they were ritually tortured, drowned, sexually abused, burnt by cigarettes being stubbed out on them, and whipped with belts. This monstrous woman skinned, ate, and fed the boys skin to other family members. A neighbor found this going on after setting up a baby monitor to watch his own son. Thankfully, his baby monitor picked up the signal from the identical monitor next door. The neighbor saw one of the victims chained in the cellar after being brutally beaten and naked and he called the police. The abuse trial is pending.
Amy Long, 21, was arrested and booked into Pittsburg County Jail after an investigation sparked by a diagnosis of Shaken Baby Syndrome from the McAlester Regional Health Center on May 29. The four month old baby is still in the hospital after being flown by helicopter to Tulsa. The woman is charged of child abuse by injury after her unreasonable force caused subdural hematomas and retinal hemorrhaging in both of the infants eyes. She is also accused of failing to feed the baby and leaving the infant alone in a crib for long periods of time as well as seeking medical attention quickly. She faces a life sentence in prison if convicted, according to McAlester News.
ABC News tells of Judith Leekin, 62, who collected state-issued child welfare payments while using five aliases to adopt multiple kids, pay mortgages, and obtain credit cards with the $1.5 to $2 million that was intended for the children. To make matters worse, eight people were found being held hostage in a bedroom. The victims were kept handcuffed to each other, prohibited from going to the bathroom and forced to sleep all together on one bed sheet on a tile floor in their own waste.
Klara in London is by far the worst case out of these as she was brutally torturing both of her boys in ways unimaginable to most parents. The children were kept in cages like beasts and cut and forced to watch their family eat their skin as they stood in their own urine bleeding. I know and understand that capital punishment is a very controversial topic. But if I had my way, each and every single one of those family members that partook of those two boys' flesh should die. The only other acceptable sentence would be life in solitary while their flesh was eaten by rats. I'm sorry, I have strong feelings towards monsters that hurt children.
