Out of all of these shades, "Pretty Edgy" is what caught my attention first. A distinct green that works as a summer and all year round color, this shade is a notch above the rest of the greens out there. Most green nail polish shades I have seen are either spring green or lean more toward the metallic evergreen hues. This is definitely a fun shade to wear alone or mixed and matched with other eye-popping colors. This works great on my skin tone too. I have a yellow tint to my skin so I have to be cautious with most greens. I have no problem with this one. "Vermillionaire" and "Knockout Pout" are also great shades for the summer and especially if you like bold colors like me. "Demure Vixen" is an interesting (in a good way) shade for this collection since most associations with summer are of the bright and dazzling and this shade appears to match more with autumn colors. It is still very pretty and fun to wear though, especially if you want to try something different from the norm of the season.
Each bottle retails for $8.00. These also are available in a 4 mini pack for $17.00 each. You can purchase Essie products at specialty beauty supply stores such as ULTA which also offers promotions such as "Buy Two Get One Free" and member coupons. In my opinion, Essie has done it again with their Summer 2010 collection - offering great new colors that never fail to delight nail addicts like me.
