Though TMZ was quick to report Eva Longoria divorce rumors false just yesterday, Eva Longoria has indeed filed divorce papers against her husband, 28 year-old Tony Parker, says CBS News. It seems the Tony Parker cheating and infidelity allegations may have had more to them than just mere gossip after all.

As of Tuesday, TMZ was reporting that Eva Longoria's rep said the television star didn't have a divorce lawyer and wasn't in the market for one. Now, with Eva Longoria signing divorce papers filed Wednesday, it seems quite a lot can change in 24 hours.

As this article on Examiner.com explains, it seems Tony Parker cheating suspicions arose when Eva Longoria found text messages to and from her hubby of three years and another woman, possibly a mutual friend named Erin Barry.

Us Weekly reports that actress Eva Longoria, 35, told them she is deeply saddened by the Tony Parker cheating rumors and the apparent end to her young marriage. "We love each other and pray for each other's happiness," the "Desperate Housewife" star told the magazine Wednesday.

In the official Tony Parker and Eva Longoria divorce papers, Us Weekly says "irreconcilable differences" are listed as the reason for the dissolution of the marriage. In reality, it is alleged Tony Parker may have committed infidelity by way of text messages...lots of them. Reportedly, hundreds of texts per month were being exchanged between Parker and the other woman, and the texting went back almost a year.

It is unknown exactly who this mystery woman is just yet if Erin Barry is really the woman Tony Parker was allegedly courting on the side, but these things seem to come to light eventually, so stay tuned. It is also unknown whether or not the alleged Tony Parker infidelity included a physical, sexual affair, or if it was more an affair of the heart, but it seems the NBA baller stepped out on the wrong 'Housewife' either way!

Though Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have only been married three years, they had been together for seven years, according to Eva Longoria's statement to Us Weekly Wednesday. The couple has no children.
