Eva Mendez - a Lethal Latina Package

If you are looking for a Latina that has it all, look no further then March 5^th 1974 Houston Texas born, Eva Mendez. As the youngest of 4 Children (2 sisters and 1 brother) she never imagined that she would end up as a Head Turner on the Big Screen.
The Cuban/American Beauty never planned to be an Actress. Matter a fact she fell into more by necessity then any wish for glamour. She attended California State University, Northridge where she majored in marketing, when she found that she needed to make a little extra money. She found that income as an extra in various films. It didn't take very long until she was spotted by an Agent with an Eye for talent and beauty. He convinced her that she should pursue a career as an Actress. We are grateful that she took his Advice and has grazed us since then with her Talent in many outstanding performances.

In 1998, she began to appear in Music Videos with the likes of Areosmith and Will Smith. We can see her in appearances in TV shows such as E.R. and Mortal Combat: Conquest. If you are a fan of Eva Mendez you doubtlessly remember her in her first real film role as Kir in Children of the Corn V. Another big step was her first Movie, A Night at the Roxbury, in the same Year. However, she did not gain a real recognition as an Actress until her Role as Sara in Training Day. She was nominated for the ALMA Award for Outstanding Supportive Actress in 2001. Her big break came 2 Years later in 2003 as Monica Fuentes in 2 Fast 2 Furious. Shortly after that she was nominated for a Teen Choice Award in her Role as Ajedrez in "Once upon a Time in Mexico" (2003). Since then she has tantalized us in many more Roles, with the most recent one opposite of Nicholas Cage in Ghost Rider, a Comic Book Movie adept ion that I urge you to see, if you haven't seen it yet.

Her marketing background comes in more then handy, she certainly knows how to market her amazing looks and style with class and just the right touch of eye popping appeal. As an international Spokesperson and Model on Advertisements for Revlon cosmetics, she just raised the stakes much higher for us regular girls.

With all her successes, you would imagine this amazing lady to be a vain and over the top Star. This could not be further from the truth. She is a very down to earth woman that counts outdoors activities like hiking, biking and skiing as some of her hobbies. She enjoys writing including children's books. With an eye for looks, it is not very surprising that another of her many talents is interior decorating, which she counts as yet another of her many hobbies.
In an Interview published on: ask men, when asked if she wasn't an Actress what she would like to do, she mentioned interior decorating. By her own words, she feels that her life is making things beautiful and efficient.
If you are wondering what her personal Choice in favorite Movie are, we are told that "The Shining" (1980), Blowup (1966) and Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004) are on the top of her list. We are also told that she enjoys Cemeteries. Her reason is that she finds them "beautiful".

Of course with millions of fans out there the question of dating and her requirements in men is due to come up sooner or later. What guy wouldn't love to date this remarkable woman? In the same interview, she gave as a very straight forward answer to this question. Her requirements are: Self-confidence, rationale, ambition, lovability and he has to be an Ayn Rand fan. If you can not dress your-self or can not hold your alcohol, you won't even have to apply for the position. Want to take her on a Date? You better have a bit of an imagination, the typical Dinner/Movie Dates, leave her cold. On the other hand you may find that you won't ever get that chance. She has been in a longterm relationship with Film Maker George Gargurevich.

When asked if she had to choose, which she would rather be is rich or famous, she answered rich, rich, rich without hesitation. Her reason: Fame is for the insecure.

She is starring opposite of Robert Duvall, Joaquin Phoenx and Mark Wahlberg in "We own the Night". The Story is about a drama set at the height of a bloody 1980s struggle between Gotham cops and Russian mob that targeted law officers and their families.
