Let the winds never blow,
let the rivers never flow,
and the time be so slow,
that my past can never go.
let the rivers never flow,
and the time be so slow,
that my past can never go.
He stood there,
with a charm and dare,
all my pains who could share,
and give me all the love and care.
He gave me his hand,
to rise up and stand,
and made me understand,
that time is like sand.
The more you hold,
it's more uncontrolled,
and when you let it go,
the present is beautiful as so.
So, now let the winds blow,and take us slow,
on a bed of river flow,to the place I do not know.
