Arm & Hammer Baking Soda: Not only does this freshen up your refrigerator, soothe heartburn, and spruce up your pastry batter, baking soda can also be used as a reliever for aching muscles. All you have to do is mix a tablespoon of baking soda, one tablespoon of Epsom salt, one tablespoon on Morton Salt, and then add a few drops of a fragrance of you choice, (preferably lavender). Well believe it or not, L'EGGS Sheer Energy Panty Hose can be filled with natural herbs such as, rosemary, mint, lavender, or orange peel; and then hung from the faucet in the bathtub under warm running bath water. This is an excellent way to have aromatherapy while you bathe.
Not only can these panty hose give your mind and spirit an uplift, if you cut off the leg of one of the pair of panty hose, stick a bar of soap inside of the knee, tie a knot around both ends, you will have a pretty fine back scrubber.
Maxwell House Coffee: If you love the smell of coffee in the morning, you might think about adding some to your bath water. What you will need to do is rub warm coffee grounds all over your body from the neck down while in the tub. Ten minutes later fill the tub with hot water and you will have an instant spa. Your skin will feel so wonderful after this experience. Some spas actually charge up to two hundred dollars for this same treatment, when you can have the same experience by just getting some coffee out of your kitchen cabinet. Who would have thought?

All you have to do is pour a can of Coke on your hair slowly while gently working it in. Rinse the Coke out and then shampoo and condition your hair as usual. You will definitely recognize the difference.

All you have to do is mix one-half capful of the liquid fabric softener with four cups of water, then pour through your hair and rinse clean. Your hair will be tangle free, shiny, soft, and smell like you just hopped out of the dryer.

Jif Peanut Butter: Crunchy peanut butter may be great on sandwiches, but it is even better on your dry elbows and knees. All you have to do is rub on some crunchy peanut butter and let it sit for five minutes and then wash off.
Kool-Aid: Had a green hair day at the pool? Get that chlorine out with banana flavored Kool-Aid. All you have to do is make a paste from the banana flavored Kool-Aid and water, put it in your hair to restore your natural hair color.
