Everyone on the Corner

Walton S. Tissot

In the digest form
Language of conspiracy
Association
Of or with, as opposed to
A tangible act in kind

In the digest form
Language in complicity
Destabilization
For and to the meek and massed
Sub minor majorities

In the digest form
Language inconsistency
Obama- nation
By as from those that say so
All and every in union

With grace and good form
All given propensity
Right until the end
Ever in the digest form
With no good reason for war

A sad situation. I kept thinking back to Ohio in the protests of the '60s.

This is such an incredible poem. It is everything a poem can and should be. You've captured a moment in history as with a photograph or a fine piece of art and done it with eloquence. I feel things are just going to get messier from this point forward also as more people stand up and speak their mind around the world about what is taking place, the rampant greed, the gross inequity and a slew of governments under its thumb.
