Become a Scape Artist and Link to Your AC Restaurant Reviews, Tourist Info

Aly Adair
Would you like to get more page views for those wonderful AC articles you wrote about restaurant reviews, tourist attractions, fireworks shows, holiday events, and local happenings? EveryScape, Inc. based in Waltham, Massachusetts wants links to your content and your vote for the next scaped cities and towns.

EveryScape, Inc. is building a 3D interactive web world. The People's World Project will be the first interactive experience for web users to completely immerse in a 3D tour of metropolitan cities and towns around the world.

Vote for your city to become a 3D interactive tourist experience, become a scape artist to link your AC content to the 3D web world, and "E-scape into the Real World" with The People's World Project. The vision of the company is to build the world in 3D and bridge the gap between the physical and virtual worlds. Visitors at The People's World Project in 3D, for example, will be able to walk down Union Square in San Francisco and window shop at Macy's, then drop in to check out the merchandise and specials at Macy's. (CLICK HERE) to sneak a peek at the 3D world of Union Square in San Francisco.

After shopping, you may want to walk down the street and dine at a great restaurant. Before entering, you can check out the menu, the published reviews, and other information about the restaurant. You can walk into the restaurant to check out the service and ambiance before you dine.

If you are considering relocation to a city, you can visit hotels, visit schools, visit realtors, drive by homes, and see what other people are saying about the community. As you stroll through the city, you can share your comments, local stories and real-life experiences with others. According to the web site announcement, "EveryScape is not an online world, it's the world online."

How to Vote for Your City to be Scaped

EveryScape, Inc. plans to launch the full city of San Francisco in the fall of 2007. The 3D interactive tours of Boston, Chicago, New York and Seattle will be completed by the end of 2007. Also by the end of 2007, EveryScape will publish 3D tours of five other metropolitan areas and 15 towns based on votes by the public. Thousands of people have voted for the next city or town to be scaped. You can (CLICK HERE) to vote for your city or town to have a 3D tour in 2007.

How to Become a Scape Artist and Promote Your AC Content

Company visionaries know that they cannot build the 3D web world alone. You can become a Scape Artist with little or no experience in building web sites. Scape Artists can share their passions for their favorite places in the city by providing inside scoop of local shops, restaurants, or tourist attractions. You can provide information about employers, parks, the real estate market, and other city news.

You can be a Graffiti Artist, Amateur Artist, Master Artist, or Commercial Artist and provide camera shoots of the interiors of your favorite places. As a Scape Artist, you will be able to embed links and content like Web sites, photos, videos, reviews and commentary into scapes. You'll also be responsible for reporting and removing inappropriate content and ensuring the accuracy of content. You can (CLICK HERE) to read more about becoming a Scape Artist and complete the application.

Everyscape is a threat to Google I guess. But there is also another mapping technology startup that does the same called MapJack.com. I think Google should take these newbies seriously.
