On February 22, Nashville Rock band Shirock are set to release their album Everything Burns (Deluxe) which combines songs from the original release along with eight previously unreleased tracks. Consisting of band members Chuck Shirock (Vocals/Guitar), Chuck's wife Pap Shirock (Keyboard/Vocals), Kevin Whitsett (Bass), Adam Gatchel (Drums/Percussion), and Evan Weatherford (Guitar), the band members of Shirock are able to discuss life-changing experiences and meaningful relationships through song. Many listeners are emotionally-impacted by Shirock's touching lyrics and music, which are reflected on the Everything Burns (Deluxe). Recommended tracks on the album include "Everything Burns", "Man Inside", and "I'll Take Rain".

On the tracks "Everything Burns" and "Man Inside" listeners are able to relate to the strong meanings behind each song's lyrics of creating "valuable time" and succeeding by perseverance through life's most difficult journey. The song "Everything Burns" serves as a reminder that, in the final days, sentimental value and meaningful relationships with others takes more precedence than materialistic desires. Chuck Shirock's father speaks through the introduction of the song, discussing life's important meaning, "...You're defined by what you leave behind, by what you give to this world, by how you impact other people..." These meaningful words echo the thoughts portrayed in the song as lead singer Chuck Shirock sings, "...everything burns up in the end/would you leave it and be/believe it and see/leave it and breathe love (you breathe in).../" During a 2010 acoustic concert held at the Roxy, benefitting the Los Angeles Drug and Alcohol Recovery Center Midnight Mission, many listeners were touched by Shirock's inspiring and uplifting lyrics through song. Consisting of approximately 150 homeless men, Shirock's audience members were emotionally-impacted through the lyrics of searching and questioning personal relationships and spirituality. Closing every live concert with the song "Everything Burns", Shirock's energetic finale song causes tearful emotions from audience members as they erupt in sing-along with the band. Chuck Shirock recalls a memorable moment when a particular fan encountered these emotions in "Everything Burns":

"At the end of every concert we perform 'Everything Burns', which is the highlight of our show. There was a fan who drove four hours to come to our Nashville show at 12th and Porter. I received an email the next day from the fan who said that when he got back his apartment, Guitar, and everything burned down. He listened to 'Everything Burns' over and over again. He was hopeful and had peace about everything because the song and show gave courage to help him live through."

The track "Man Inside" inspires others to rise above life's most difficult journey, never succumbing to negative surroundings and events that may happen along the way. The song's lyrics, "... And they tell me I'm a man inside but I don't see it/And they tell me I'm a king inside but I can't feel it " depict a troubled man who is questioning his self-identity, only to realize later that he must rise above the treacherous path which lies ahead. Many listeners relate to the lyrics of "Man Inside", as those individuals have questioned their own true identities in the face of evil. On October 4, 2009. the Acoustic version of "Man Inside" was featured in entirety on the ABC hit show Brothers and Sisters, as the song provided background to character Kitty's untold story of discovering she has cancer while struggling with finding the right way to "break the news" to her family.

Though the album contains many lyrics of life-changing experiences in people's lives, the songs on the album also detail meaningful and personal relationships with others. The song "I'll Take Rain" features Pap Shirock on vocals and Keys, serenading listeners with music pertaining to love and joy. Through the song, listeners are able to witness the real and deep love between Pap and Chuck Shirock. After meeting at the age of 17 in high school, Pap and Chuck were able to create a loving bond both musically and personally which is particularly evident in "I'll Take Rain". Pap Shirock sings a personal ode to her husband Chuck while singing, "... I'll take love on the bad days/ Over no love on the best days/ I'll take you, love, on your worst days/ Over me without you, I'm no good without you ..." The song serves as a constant reminder to Pap and Chuck of their musical, spiritual, and personal bond to each other.

Since releasing their album Everything Burns, Shirock have been busy promoting their music through extensive radio campaigns, musical video and album releases, and live concert tours. Filmed live at Thompson High School in Birmingham, Alabama, Shirock's first official music video "New Solution" showcases a energetic and inspiring band on the verge of Pop/Rock stardom, as the camera captures the audience's enthused reaction to their music. The band are currently working on releasing their second video along with a full concert schedule for the remainder of 2011. Shirock will be performing at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas from March 16-19, 2011, along with many other concert gigs around the Country.
