I sway
Snap my fingers
The melody lingers
Rappin' is mappin'
The way I am clappin'
And I listen to
My rhythm and blues
And move my shoes
The drums are rollin'
Like my Rock
Sometimes Bach
Maybe Liszt
Is there one that I have missed?
Violins sometimes sigh
Cellos bring emotion high
And a flute will usher in
Sounds of the Caribbean
Congas pinging
Cowbell ringing
And it makes me start a-singing
Any language that i know
Takes me back so long ago
Music history is mine
And it makes me want to rhyme
Step in time
Step in time
Swing your partner back in line
Cloggin', tappin' to the tune
Country western is my boon
Get the fiddle
Solve the riddle
Of the mystery so sweet
In the nursery my feet
Sway and move to the beat
Raise my hands
As i stand
Praise the one and great I AM
Worthy worthy is the Lamb
Music heavenly so good
Praise Him in the neighborhood
Praise Him in the mountains
He is a fountain
Of blessing
Confessing
That singing
About the King
Is worth most everything
Snap my fingers
The melody lingers
Rappin' is mappin'
The way I am clappin'
And I listen to
My rhythm and blues
And move my shoes
The drums are rollin'
Like my Rock
Sometimes Bach
Maybe Liszt
Is there one that I have missed?
