Ex Loan Officers and Realtors - New Trends Lead to Fortune

Many people made a killing with mortgages or real estate sales over the last few years. It was all about the trends. The market was ripe and those that positioned themselves in front of that trend made a very large profit.

But that trend is gone for now. We know it will be back, but it may be a while before that happens.

For those of you that are sticking it out, I wish you the best. But if you are like me and many others, you have probably left the business until things start looking good again.

The trends can make or break people like us. We need to time it right or we miss out completely. If you time it right, you can make very large amounts of money with little effort. On the flipside, if you missed the trend and are too stubborn to admit that fact, you will have to work very hard to get mediocre results at best.

I do admit that there is the argument that by staying in the mortgage and real estate industry right now that there is less competition. But little or no competition won't really help that much if prospects are not interested or not able to complete a successful transaction with you. I've been there. I had a unique system set up where my group had no competition with our method of submitting loans and we only closed three loans out of over 150 quality applicants.

It just does not make sense to work that hard for such little results.

So what's my point? My point is that the last trend made many of us a lot of money, but that well has run dry for now. The prudent thing would be to position ourselves in front of the next trend.

That trend is the internet and it is here to stay. Fortunes are being made as this industry continues to boom. It is hard to ignore an industry where top earners have made over $1,000,000 in one day! There is a mad dash to the internet industry right now and if you place yourself in front of this trend, you will be primed to make a lot of money. If you wait, you will get the tail end of this trend and find it harder and harder to make money.

Don't go through life chasing trends that have run their course. There is still time, and if you get in now, you can ride the Internet wave of income for many years to come.
