Bungee jumping is an exciting adventure. It's a crazy adventure. It can be a dangerous adventure and no, I'm not coming along. I've linked to "regular" bungee jumping clubs across the country. There is "horizontal" bungee jumping which consists of being pulled by something like a tractor until the bungee cord is taut and then letting you go; it is much like a slingshot.
How about kayaking on spring break? Well, extreme kayaking to be specific. Travelling at speeds of 45 mph it would seem to me would leave you undone but is obvious doable.
You could go snowboarding even though it is the most dangerous outdoor activity. Also you could go hiking even though it is the third most dangerous outdoor activity.
I have linked to a picture of a water skier. I have gone water skiing many times and find it to be a very enjoyable sport. It is also relaxing. I was able to master it on my second try so obviously it isn't too difficult.
Snow skiing is a little safer than snowboarding because you aren't always trying to defy gravity.
There are "rock climbing walls" that allow you to enjoy the excitement of "mountain climbing" without worrying about plummeting to your death.
One last scary feat would be parachuting. I have linked to The U.S. Parachute Association who will get you in a plane and chute faster than you can say "ripcord."
So when you go on spring break you have plenty of options when it comes to excitement to get rid of those doldrums.
You can also learn to ride a horse and, you can go in the wild to take pictures of wild animals.
But perhaps you aren't all that much of a daredevil and want to keep your excitement within normal limits.
Then, you might consider tennis at an indoor tennis club or playing basketball at the "Y."
If the weather is warm enough something that is exciting but safe is driving go-carts.
Finally, travel agencies usually have special trips especially when they know it is during Spring Break. You can take a three or five-day cruise.
As with anything you do it is great to have fun. However, especially with these types of activities don't let yourself get involved unless you are familiar with how they work. They can turn tragic very quickly. If there is any doubt always remember caution is the better part of valor.
Good luck to you as you take some time to get that there book learning' out of your head for a bit.
