Exercise for Mother and Baby

Involvement of mothers of babies in the exercise can be fun for both mother and child. Such a program allows the mother to rebuild muscles weakened during pregnancy and interact with the baby.

Children love watching their parents to the exercises, especially if there's music in the background. Some babies can sleep with such rhythmic movements.

Basic rules of exercise for mother and newborn

- Mom must have doctor's approval before making the sport shortly after birth

- During the most demanding exercises, you should not keep the baby in arms or in harness.

- Do not use near the newborn weight.

- During the exercises that involve raising the child on the ground, do not give way under any circumstances.

- When you know baby, make sure this does not affect the correct position during an exercise. If you do not exercise properly while keep the baby, put it down.

Exercises for mother and baby

Crunches: Place your baby on his lap (thighs) during abdomens and stick to his hands.

Abs with kisses: In same position as the one described above, perform crunches. When you get up, give him a kiss and baby. Older babies can sit on the mother's abdomen.

Riding: Place your baby on your stomach while doing stomach. For the child will be a pleasant sensation.

Flying Baby: Lift weights instead of dumbbells child bearing. The baby has to engage in his head for this exercise.

Try to include in your daily activities and time that you and baby to play and laugh, nothing is more important than to be beside the bed during its development.
