Ann Grant
Your face is the first thing that people notice when they see you and due to stress, sunlight, various environmental factors, genetic factors and aging, your face can look saggy and wrinkled. The exercises explained in this article are designed to stretch, define, and tone your facial muscles a lot more specifically than simply speaking or eating. As with all exercises you should make sure not to overdo it (try to do everything) the very first time that you attempt them, but instead you should start by being as gentle as possible and increase in intensity in small amounts with each workout. Before using the techniques explained, your face should be washed thoroughly and moisturized. You should also to make sure that your hair is pulled away from your face and that you are in a relaxed position. You should take slow, deep breaths before and after facial exercise to help you to relax.

Facial exercise 1
You can use your thumb along with your index finger and in a pinching motion, grab small folds of your skin from random areas all over your face. You should then squeeze gently and release these folds. This is designed to help to stimulate your facial circulation of blood and wake up your face. This should be done for approximately a minute or two or however you long that you wish.

Facial exercise 2
You should try to tighten all the muscles in your face like you are very angry at something and hold this position for approximately 4 seconds, then relax your muscles slowly. This exercise should be repeated between 3 to 5 times. This exercise is designed to tone all the muscles in your face that are generally not used often.

Facial exercise 3
The third exercise mimics chewing, so what you should do is close your mouth and pretend that you are chewing something. The direction that you are chewing now is the direction that you chew naturally and you should do this for about 30 seconds. You should then try to chew in the opposite direction that you are chewing before for the same approximate amount of time. This exercise helps to stretch the jaw muscles and also the muscles are around the chin.

Facial exercise 4
The fourth exercise asks you to use your tongue to brush your teeth, this increases saliva production in your mouth as well as exercising the muscles in your cheek and you're chin, this should be continued for approximately 1 minutes.

Facial exercise 5
In the fifth exercise you should stick your tongue out and try to approach your nose with it. It is impossible to actually put your nose but you should try to go as far as you can and then relax, this exercise is the muscles underneath the chin area which are often left unnoticed and are not properly exercised.

Facial exercise 6
The sixth and final exercise involves warming down /relaxing and you should rub your hands together quickly and then place them on your face while breathing deeply. Repeat this exercise approximately 4 times.

Following these exercises will help you to tone and relief to your face showed muscles Making them more defined and leaving you more beautiful.
