Linda M. McCloud

Would you like to have better sex? Don't think you can achieve the results of better sex just by taking a pill. You can achieve it through exercise, too. No, this doesn't mean you need to add a stripper's pole to your bedroom. All you need to do is remember and actually do the basic exercises you were taught in school. Yes, it can be that simple, according to an article on webmd.com.

Think about it. What do you need to have sex? You need stamina. You need muscle control and you need endurance. Isn't exercise a good way to teach your body all of these things and more?

What exercises are the best to perform while training for better sex?

The Push Up

The push up will give you strong arms and great upper-body strength. You need this to hold yourself up in the various moves you might want to try.

While you are training you should work your way up to the traditional hand to toe push up and strive to do three repetitions of twelve each, per session.

Abdominal Crunches

Do you realize how much you use your stomach muscles during sex? Think about it for a moment and then begin performing some abdominal crunches.

The perfect abdominal crunch is one that you do while lying on your back with your head and neck supported. You can do this by clasping your hands in back of your neck. Your knees should be bent and your feet should be on the floor. Now you need to bring your shoulders up until they are off the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds. Now return to starting position.

Your goal is work your way up to three sets of twenty repetitions each.

Torso Side Bends And Twists

Yes, you need to be flexible, and you need all the muscles in your abdominal region to be fit. These two exercises can help achieve these goals.

First, you should try a torso bend. Simply stand with your hands on hips; slowly bend to your right side. Now hold the position for a count of two. Bend to your left side and hold for another count of two. Your goal is to work your way up to three sets of twenty repetitions. You can also add a small weight in each hand for added resistance.

Finally, you should try to do a torso side twist. Simply stand with your hands on hips; slowly twist to your right side. Now hold the position for a count of two. Bend to your left side and hold for another count of two. Your goal is to work your way up to three sets of twenty repetitions. You can also add a small weight in each hand for added resistance.

Aerobic Exercise

Yes, any type of aerobic cardio exercise that you enjoy is also an added exercise that can help you to have better sex. It can help get your heart in shape. It can also help you keep up your stamina and help you prolong your pleasure.

Sure there are pills that can help make one's sex life more enjoyable. However, those pills have side effects. The only side effects exercise have is a better outlook on life, a better chance for over all good health, and a chance to look better, too.
