Exercises that Get Rid of Back Fat

Exercising is deemed one of the most effective ways to burn off fats, especially back fat. There are lots of exercises that get rid of back fat such as biking, running, and jogging. Swimming is a great means of exercising and cardio workout that helps you work your back muscles and remove those excess fats. There are also several other exercises that get rid of back fat and tones back muscles to give it a strong and healthy appearance.

One of the easy and effective exercises that get rid of back fat is back extension. You can do this on the floor or alternatively, on an exercise ball. Lie on your stomach on the ground with your hands fastened at the back of your head and your legs straight out. Press your abs to the floor and gradually raise your chest. Your head should be kept up and your hips and legs should be on the floor. Stay in this position for about three seconds, then lower yourself and do the process again for three sets of ten to twelve repetitions each. Do the same process on an exercise ball with your stomach laid on the ball and your feet on the ground.

Breast stroke is also a good exercise to tone back muscles. Lie on your stomach and straighten your arms in front of you. Straighten your legs behind you. Raise your upper body and legs while keeping your hips on the floor. Kick gently using your feet similar to the breast stroke in swimming, then place your elbows on your ribs. Place your arms straight out again. Repeat the process for three sets of ten to twelve repetitions for every set.

Bent-over row and pull-ups are also great exercises that get rid of back fat . Perform the bent-over row by putting a dumbbell in one hand, bending over and resting the other hand on a platform. Keep your arm with the dumbbell straight down to the ground. Keep your back flat while lifting the dumbbell upwards to your chest and gently lower your back to the floor. Repeat for three sets of ten to twelve repetitions. Pull-ups are simple exercises that get rid of back fat . You can do this type of exercise with a grip in front of you. You should use the upper part of your body and back muscles to raise your body and level your chin up the bar. Do this for three sets of 1-2 repetitions, then you can gradually add more.
