We are all looking for the easy way to get fit. Exercising is a bore of a chore, for most. There isn't any pill on the market to shake up your will to exercise. It must all come from within. Joining a local gym is a great idea that often gets pushed to the back burner. Life simply happens. All your good intentions demean your abilities. How many pieces of equipment have you or family members purchased with the vigor of a athlete? Sure you start out with fire in your veins, before long the early rising wears you down and that piece of exercise equipment you bought becomes a serious dust collector. In all fairness you get points for trying.

Why not use what you already have to create an exercise program, you can live with. One that is tailored made to your environment, one that is easily assessable, and on the cheap. Looking around at your surroundings can become beneficial to your new exercise program. The kitchen has a counter or island that is perfect for grabbing on to and keeping your back straight, lower your self into deep knee bends. This can give your back strength, help to tuck the tummy flab away and build up leg muscles. Many homes have half walls, so get your foot up there and bend your head forward to your knee, repeat on each leg.

Stair climbing is a must, go up and down and up and down the stairs for a great workout. Sit in your favorite chair with a canned good in each hand and raise your arms up and over your head. The canned goods make for an ideal make shift weight. Work with the canned goods as you would any hand weights. A cleared expanse of wall is waiting for you to brace yourself against it with palms down at shoulder length width as you do wall chin ups. Be sure to lay down on your back and hook your feet under the sofa for your sit up routine. Most of all don't forget the music-you can dance, yes you can. Pop in your favorite music and dance like you know you can. This is a wonderful and fun form of exercise. It's so much fun you won't consider it exercising. And before you hop out of bed in the morning enjoy a series of leg lifts to start out the day. Lay on your back, lift your legs separate, then together, switching to each side and lift lift lift. If you look real hard you will notice many in home opportunities for your exercising pleasure.

You'll feel better, look better, and save some cash too. Remember to start out slow and build your repetitions up as you are able. Always check with your doctor or primary care physician before starting any exercise routine. Top off all these hints for exercising in your own home with a long walk in your neighborhood and be sure to keep hydrated.
