Exercising Your Imagination: Part 2

More Imagination Exercises

Kurt Evans
When going into your imagination, part of the fun is learning how to use it. The best thing about the imagination is that, it's free! That's right, you can imagine all you want and you don't have to pay anybody, anything!

One of the good things about the imagination is that you can use it to create things to make money, fix problems, and gain pleasure. You can use it in whatever way you choose and the results are all up to you. So, for all you free thinking visionaries out there; put on your thinking caps because this is your claim to fame.

This is where I need to put in the legal disclaimer; in no way, shape, or form did I promise anyone that they could get anything out of their imagination or mine for that matter. The thoughts that I express here are merely suggestions, which can sometimes but, not always be seen as mindless dribble.

Now that I have gotten that out of the way, let's continue on the journey into the imagination. Today, let's imagine that you are in a state of hilarious laughter. Remember how it feels to be out of control, laughing. How does it feel? What kind of mental state does it put you in? It sure makes me feel good.

Imagine that you have the power in your mind to change your circumstances for the better. What would you change? How would you change it?

Next, imagine that you had all the money that you would ever need and that you didn't have to worry about money anymore. What would you do with your time? How would you spend your days? Would you take some time to be by yourself? Would you spend time with others? Would you help others?

Imagine that you are sitting at the side of a lake. At this lake there are no waves or ripples in the water. The water is totally calm. The stillness of the water makes you relax and take a deep breathe. As you look in the water; all you can see is a reflection of yourself. As you look more closely in the water, you can see your thoughts and how they're affecting you. Both the good and the bad; as you can see by this, you have choices to make in every matter that affect the outcome. If you want different results, make different choices. From this day forward, you can look at the choices that you've made at the end of every day and see if they are taking you in the direction that you want to go.
