Exercising Your Imagination: Part 4

Exercising Imagination

Kurt Evans
Imagine the heat from the sun as it pounds down on you, as you lie on a beach towel on a sandy beach. You can feel the heat as it penetrates your skin and sucks out the perspiration. As you lay there in the heat; you can feel the streams of sweat as they pour out of your body like a fountain. The beads of sweat leave little streams up and down your body that leave you with tickling sensations.

You feel the heat take away your aches and pains; leaving you with a feeling of deep relaxation. You can feel your body start to float with the soft sounding noise of the waves as they hit the beach and then recede back into the ocean.

The soft whisper of the wind comes and goes. You drift in and out of consciousness. Each time you return to consciousness, you feel complete relaxation. You can hear the birds chirping; here and there, in the distance.
