Exopolitics: The Study of Extraterrestrials and Their Relationship to Humanity

With the Exopolitics Institute, We May Be Hearing a Lot More About This Subject in the Coming Decade

While you'll find many who still find the study of UFO's and extraterrestrial life to be the biggest joke in the history of humankind, a lot of serious studies are taking place through highly influential people. No better example in the world would be the Exopolitics Institute that has its base in Hawaii. This organization was set up a mere three years ago, despite having many prominent professionals at the helm who think we should all be thinking about the role extraterrestrials may make in the direction of humanity. They contend that enough evidence exists pointing to a reality behind an extraterrestrial presence here on Earth, with further evidence indicating they're getting closer to a mass communicative phase.

Sure, it's easy to picture a bunch of no-name fringe group individuals sitting around a large table and trying to look official. In truth, the people behind the Exopolitics Institute are prominent doctors and scientists who have plenty of outstanding credentials. They see themselves playing a major role in shaping how we deal with UFO's and the occupants inside. But when dealing with the occupants inside, how will the EI be sure who we might be dealing with?

I'm not making any insinuations that we're living in a War of the Worlds reality where a physical alien race is here to eventually eliminate humankind. Even the Exopolitics Institute understands that whatever entities the world might be dealing with aren't out to eliminate civilization. We've seen enough evidence that points to the reality of these beings visiting civilization for centuries, are interested squarely in us and wanting to interact in usually peaceful (and other times aggressive) ways. Just those actions alone give an insinuation that we're more than important to them.

But, again, who are they? It's always controversial to attach a spiritual slant to the realm of UFO's and aliens. A small number of people have tried to in various obscure books and documentaries throughout past decades, yet the mainstream still insist on making the aliens an actual physical race from another planet visiting us as some part of a study or because we're about to be their dinner after eons of the study. The Exopolitics Institute looks at the scenario as an undeniable physical alien race visiting here to eventually interact directly with us through peaceful means.

With the above philosophy in mind, the non-profit EI has gone to great lengths to delineate a plan that will help governments and the rest of us prepare for a meeting with extraterrestrials. Within these goals are making sure the eventual meeting happens in a peaceful way so it doesn't incite panic within society and our governmental/economic system. Mind you, this organization really seems to know what it's doing when you consider the Board of Directors consists of the earlier-mentioned prestigious doctors and scientists. They nevertheless might be taking chances when the world of the literal and the spiritual seems to be consolidating as time goes on, even though the world of science still disavows any kind of similar thought.

When the Exopolitics Institute started in 2005 via founder Dr. Michael E. Salla, most people had no idea what the definition of Exopolitics was. Most people still don't, and it may take another few years before it starts becoming a household term. There isn't a doubt, though, that the EI is right in the evidence being overwhelming of intelligent beings observing us from unusual craft that have flight maneuvers beyond human capability. It's through the deduction of decades-long offhand evidence that adds up to powerful beings observing us--with growing interaction with us humans.

The troubling aspect to this is in major institutions taking it too literally and spending untold amounts of money to take it on as an actual physical civilization visiting us from another planet. We already have SETI spending untold millions to aim their dish into deep space as an act of thinking an alien race will answer back hundreds of light years away. I've always facetiously said SETI should aim their dish into the Gulf of Mexico right here on Earth where UFO's have been seen and videoed for years either coming out of the water or flying at faster than light speed over it.

In other words: They appear to have always been here as the EI contends.

Now that the EI is the next major institution to spend exorbitant amounts of money and time on taking the UFO phenomena seriously, they'll eventually have to deal with a paradox in their contention that aliens are real. Since the EI acknowledges that they've always been here, how can they really be a physical alien race from another planet? Even with the deeper theory of the beings traveling at faster than light speeds or getting here through the theoretical concept of wormholes, they're most definitely placing us at the center of importance in the grand scheme of things.

And that suggests something with a lot more profundity to it than our galactic neighbors finding us by accident. For Christians, the realms of both benevolent and malevolent angels are starting to go right into place of explaining who the aliens really are and why they're hanging around the Earth. Their philosophy may explain why some beings abduct people, while others are peaceful and helping us in various ways. Of course, this angle won't be taken by the EI--hence their agenda to get people prepared for an eventual mass communication perhaps being a bit meddling when it should take its own course.

On the other side of the coin, when that eventual awe-inspiring meeting occurs, having a non-partisan/religious approach to meeting them would bring more human beings into the fray without inciting a panic or even a chaotic protest. It's only then when the EI should step aside and let whatever happens, happen. At that point, people will finally be united in the greeting while also uniting in the purpose behind the meeting.

For that role, the EI could be our best ambassadors to get the process started. Even before that happens, though, the term "Exopolitics" may be on the tip of every tongue in the world at some point in the next decade. There isn't any denying that the EI is right in the evidence showing an increase in an inevitable interaction with something greater than us...
