Explaining Obama's Brilliance-

I have asked it on all social media, a place perfect to coach the simple-minded, unable to grasp Obama's new-world order. Deafening Silence! Why Obama devotee's demure, I don't know. Instead, they slither around the blogs, spewing pejoratives such as moron, hater, and racist, at anyone who does not appreciate their hero.

Since the unforthcoming Obama zealots won't pony up with the information, I am going to do it for them. Obama promised a 'change we can believe in.' He should get credit. The change to socialism is unmistakable and he is clear about it.

Obama decisions show his determination to change our government from one based on the Constitution to a government ruled by radical socialism like Cuba. He tries to suffocate private enterprise, based on profit and loss, in favor of a self-indulgent, state directed economy, in which the government takes what it wants.

If the media or the paparazzi have been slow to link his individual ideas into a socialist manifesto, here they are: Obama espouses a redistribution of wealth, government directed healthcare, re-allocation of resources, and silencing any discordant news media. In the midst of a runaway debt crisis, he does not hide his insatiable need for more money. His is striving for a government driven economy that results in a country of three classes: the government poor, who don't work, the government drones, who work to feed Obama's Spending Addiction and the ruler who gets rich from it. Under Obama's socialist America, the rich, suddenly obvious by their absence, are living in Monaco, where there are no personal income taxes, a good healthcare system, and a government supportive of private enterprise.

Those, sufficiently educated to get the wisdom of a socialist America, - Obama at the top, beggars and beneficial at the bottom- idolize him; he is their man for all seasons; he is the face for Mt. Rushmore. Still not behind his brilliance? Let me count the ways for you.

Americans in General

Who would deny that American's are prospering since Obama sought out the specialness of a Timothy Geithner, Larry Summers, Rahm Emmanuel, Elizabeth Warren or a Joe Biden? His government interventions shoring up banking, insurance, auto companies, Wall Street, executive salaries, and healthcare, plus an increased national debt of $3 trillion dollars, has revolutionized the way Obama is redistributing wealth and doling out our money.

Employment

Alicia lost her job in education. She was excessed in June. She was depressed as she reflected on her advanced degrees and the vast experience garnered in fifteen years in the profession. She said, "All of my knowledge will be sitting on a shelf in my mind, unused. I am also embarrassed to stand with 14.1 million other unemployed citizens on an unemployment line."

Alicia knows that she cannot meet her bills on the $1,200 a month government dole, before taxes. Unemployment benefits are taxed, whether you have found a job by April 15^th or not.

She worried for nothing. She got a job immediately! All that taxpayer stimulus money has provided her with a department store job, hired as greeter for $8 an hour. Instead of educating children, she is educating customers.

Long term, Alicia feels that since there are no jobs in teaching, she must reinvent herself. She is now considering a career in politics. "If you can't fight this government's destruction of the economy," she reasons, "she might as well be working for the one power that prints money." She is also attracted to DC because for some reason, despite their yearly salaries under $200,000 a year, they all seem to become millionaires.

Automobiles

Alicia's employment as a greeter required a reliable car. When the repairs on her BMW convertible exceeded what she could afford on her reduced income, she marched right into the Kia Dealership and used her savings to purchase a pre-owned car. Fortunately, the $4.50 tab for gas, which is eating up everyone else's disposable income, is not a problem, as her new job is close to home. Housing Market

In 2005, Phil purchased a two bedroom/ one ½-bath condominium in Bergen County, New Jersey for $350,000. A desire to be live in Manhattan prompted the move.

To his shock, comparable sales for the same unit had fallen to $190,000. For him to start at an asking price of $190,000 would represent an immediate real-time loss. The fees for such a sale includes paying off the $100,000 mortgage, the real estate fee of $12,000, a mover at $10,000, and, undetermined legal fees- for both selling and buying. That would leave approximately $68,000 cash. Since his original down payment was $250,000 in cash, he would realize a personal loss of $182,000. Phil can't move.

Retirement Portfolio
Jeff's stockbroker said that his investments had plunged. He said Jeff needed to sell some of the riskier stocks and invest the money in a CD. One local bank was offering 0.5%interest. "At this rate of economic recovery, I will be rich," said Jeff sarcastically. "Not what Obama rates as rich-- those who make $250,000 a year and support a family of five in NY with it'"no welfare rich."

Social Security

While Congress has given themselves a $3,400 COLA every year during the Obama years of recession/ depression/ and no recovery, they were not as generous to seniors, etc.

Foreign Policy

Obama's administration has given new meaning to the term, Ugly American. In only his first months in office, Obama needlessly insulted our British allies. He returned a gift to the royal monarchy. It was a bust of Winston Churchill, loaned to the United States as a show of solidarity. He insulted the Dalai Lama by showing him out the back door. He mystified the world by bowing to Chinese President Hu Jintao and Saudi Arabia's King Abdulla. In return, the Russians insulted Obama by refusing to shake his hand on a receiving line for Dmitry Medvedev, the President of the Russian Federation. The Brits did not invite the Obama's to the Royal Wedding!

He also successfully undermined our friends in Israel, supported Palestinian demands, while encouraging acceptance of the Muslim Brotherhood. Many have remarked, "Mr. Obama, if this is the way you treat our friends, no wonder we have so few?"

Still not feeling the love? One supporter said of Obama, "He single handedly took down Osama Bin Laden." Now that's blind devotion. The reality is that while the Navy Seals were covering each other with .50 caliber, round assault rifles, a TV monitor was covering Obama! See the connection?

OBAMA'S COST CUTTING ROADMAP

Amnesty

The financial brilliance of granting Amnesty is undeniable. It would flood the government with new tax dollars, paid by the more than ten million newly minted citizens. What an avalanche of money for Obama's coffers. The enticement to pay taxes on an illegal's $6 an hour salary (or $13,000 yr.), amnesty recipients would be instantly rewarded with Obamacare, Social Security, and unemployment benefits. Who would argue the brilliance of this financial transaction? Our money= their votes!

As further bribery to join the system, as their mom and dad's age out, they will get care in the county nursing homes. At least five million elderly can instantly compete for those beds paid for by elderly who have paid taxes for better than sixty years. Obama loves the smell of gratitude at the voting booth.

Medical Insurance

Since Obama wants to redistribute everyone's wealth, socialized medicine under ObamaCare(less) will be a reality. With the government providing insurance, doctors now work for hospitals, rather than in private practice. This will ensure rationing of medical resources or death panels, made even more certain as more than 10 million new citizens are added to the healthcare population.

Law Schools, not medical schools, will be overrun with applicants. It's a win/win.

Welfare

The government anticipates an enormous surplus of money when welfare recipients face drug testing before collecting welfare checks. "Get off drugs, get a job, and get off welfare."

Banks

If Obama is re-elected in 2012, he promised he would enact an additional 1% fee on every single bank transaction, starting with each time you deposit a paycheck.

Congress:

Under Obama-

There will be a two-term limit serving in Congress, eliminating lifetime pensions/ health benefits.

• No COLA on congressional $174,000 a year salaries.
• A surcharge for the use of the Congressional Health Club, dining room, and parking at the Capital.
• Use of government cars will be denied.
• While serving the country, insurance for the President, Congress, and staff will be under Obamacare-, no exceptions, not even cronies in Nancy Pelosi's district. Once out of office, they can pay for Obamacare on their own.

The First family and the Vice President

No more complimentary and unlimited: air miles, personal assistants, clothes, food, limousines, etc.

The cost of working vacations will not include entourages of 30 and 40 friends.

White House Spending- Makeup and Coiffeur

My friend T., high up on the Washington pecking order of power brokers, received a call from Mrs. Obama's makeup artist and hair stylist. She was offering her services to staff, once she finished with the FLOTUS. This would lower the cost for all. The fees would be media'd as concern for fiscal restraint. "Like Laura Bush and Jackie Kennedy, a few bobby pins, a swipe of tangee, my smile and I'm ready to go! However, you might give Nancy Pelosi or Elena Kagan a call."

In another grand gesture, the staff was offered discounted outfits previously worn by the FLOTUS. The only stipulation was that the FLOTUS had to be photographed first wearing the original. Gucci, Chanel, Prada, Weitzman and Blahtnek would be available.

Air Force Jet

T. did ask about borrowing Air Force 2, 3, or four, when not in use for an occasional shopping trip to New York or a periodic dinner in Paris. "Do you have any idea what it costs in fuel alone to fly those planes," questioned the voice on the other end of the phone. Washingtonites are all the same. You think nothing of wasting the taxpayer's money."
